SkillPulse uses your company single sign-on (SSO), so there's no separate password to remember. This guide shows you how to sign in, where you land, and how to sign out.
Use your usual company login credentials.
If your company uses a specific browser or VPN for internal tools, open SkillPulse the same way.
Open SkillPulse — go to the SkillPulse URL provided by your organization.
Choose how to sign in — on the welcome screen you have two options:
Continue with Email — sign in with your email (and password where set up).
Corporate SSO — sign in through your company's single sign-on.
Complete your login — enter your credentials (and approve any multi-factor prompt). You're returned to SkillPulse automatically.
Employees start on My Dashboard — your personal assessment overview.
Managers start on Team Dashboard — your team's overview.
If you have more than one role, use the role switcher in the top bar to change your view. See Finding Your Way Around SkillPulse.
Open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar (your name).
Select Log out.

Tip: Signing out is good practice on shared computers. On your own device you'll usually stay signed in until your company session expires.
