Beyond individual assessments, SkillPulse helps you see how your whole team is doing and where the skill gaps are.
Open Team Assessments → Team Progress.
See each team member's progress through the assessment steps (Setup, Self, Co-Assess, Manager, Agreement), with status indicators and how long items have been pending.
Filter by campaign, status, and organization or region to focus in.

Open My Team from the sidebar to navigate your team hierarchy.
Open a team member to see their assessments and skill profile (View Dashboard / View Team).

A grid-style Team matrix view of skills across the team is (Coming Soon).
A dedicated Reports area — Individual, Team, Skill Gap, and Organization views — is under development. For now, use the Team Dashboard, Team Progress, and each assessment's results page to track skills and gaps.
While an assessment is a Draft, you can edit the setup freely.
After it's been sent or approved, edits may require the employee to re-approve and can need an override reason — so make major changes before sending where possible.
