Applies to: Employees with a completed assessment
Once an assessment is complete, you can see your final results and track your skills over time.
Open the assessment — go to My Assessments → Completed and open it.
Review your results — the results page shows the final agreed value for each skill, your skill gaps against the targets, an Insights & Highlights summary, and a breakdown by cluster.

A personal Reports area with your skill history and progression over time is under development. For now, you can review results assessment-by-assessment from My Assessments → Completed.
A skill gap is the difference between your agreed value and the target for the job. Gaps below the target point to development opportunities — see Understanding Target Values.
