Confirm you're signed in with your company account.
If you have multiple roles, switch to the right one in the top bar.
Check the assessment's status to see whose turn it is.
Symptoms: SSO doesn't complete, or you're sent back to the login page. Cause: A company sign-in or session issue, not your SkillPulse account. Solution:
Make sure you're using your usual company credentials.
Approve any multi-factor prompt from your company login.
If your organization requires a specific browser or VPN, use it.
Still stuck? Contact your IT/support team — SSO is managed by your organization.
Symptoms: You open an assessment but see no Start Self-Assessment / Submit Manager Assessment / Start Co-Assessor Assessment action. Cause: The assessment isn't at the rating stage for you yet. Solution:
Check the status. If it's Pending employee review or Ready to activate, rating hasn't opened.
Employees: approve the setup first. Managers: activate the assessment.
Symptoms: An assessment isn't progressing. Cause: It's waiting on an action from someone. Solution: Open it and read the status and next action — it names who needs to act (review setup, rate, set agreed values, review values, or sign off).
Symptoms: You can't create or sign off an assessment, or can't see team data. Cause: These actions depend on your role. Co-assessors, for example, rate only — they don't manage assessments. Solution: Confirm your role in the top bar. If you believe your access is wrong, contact your administrator.
Note your role, the assessment status, what you expected, and what happened (a screenshot helps), then contact your support team.
