Applies to: Managers
If an employee disagrees with the agreed values, the assessment is disputed. You review their concern, talk it through if needed, and resolve it.
A disputed assessment shows the status Disputed and appears in Team Assessments → Needs Action.
The employee will have flagged the specific skills they disagree with, with a required note on each disputed skill and an optional overall comment.
Open the disputed assessment — from Needs Action, open the one marked Disputed. You're taken back to the Set Agreed Values page. (screenshot coming soon)
Read the employee's comment — review the per-skill notes (and any overall comment) to understand which values they're questioning and why.
Resolve each disputed skill — for each one you can:
Revise the agreed value if you agree with the employee's point, and/or
Reply to the skill to explain your reasoning if you're keeping the value.

Finalize — submit your resolution. If you've kept a value the employee disputed, you confirm it with a justification. The assessment then moves to sign-off. The manager's decision is final.
Tip: A short reply on each disputed skill — saying what you changed or why you held the value — gives the employee clear context and heads off further back-and-forth.
