Once all ratings are in, there's one step before you set the agreed values: scheduling an agreement meeting with the employee. This is a required part of every assessment — it gives you both a moment to talk through the results before the final values are recorded.
All participants (the employee, and the co-assessor if assigned) have submitted their ratings.
The assessment status changes to "Date for agreement on assessment," and it appears in Team Assessments → Needs Action.
Open the assessment — from Team Assessments → Needs Action, open the one waiting for an agreement meeting date.
Set the meeting date — pick a date and time and confirm it. You own the date: it's final, and you can change it later if you need to.
Proceed to set agreed values — once the date is set, the assessment moves to Setting agreed values, where you record the final value for each skill.
The employee is notified of the meeting and can acknowledge the date. Their acknowledgement is optional and doesn't block you — you can go ahead and set the agreed values whether or not they've acknowledged it yet. The employee can't propose a different date; if a change is needed, you update it.
Tip: Set the date as soon as ratings are complete so the assessment keeps moving and the employee has plenty of notice.
