Applies to: Anyone assigned as a co-assessor
A co-assessor gives a peer perspective on someone's skills. If a manager assigns you to an assessment, you have one job: rate the employee's skills from what you've observed.
You do: rate the employee's skills, just like the employee and manager.
You don't: create or manage assessments, approve setups, or set the final agreed values. Those stay with the manager.
You can be a co-assessor regardless of your other role in SkillPulse.
Open Co-assessor from the sidebar. Your assignments are organized into tabs:
Active Assignments — assessments waiting on your rating or in progress.
Past Assignments — assessments you've already contributed to.

You'll be notified when you're assigned, and a red dot appears on the Co-assessor sidebar item when something needs you — see Knowing When You Have a Task to Do.
