Either the setup hasn't been approved yet, or your manager hasn't activated it. Check the status on the assessment page: if it says Pending employee review, you need to review and approve the setup first; if it says Ready to activate, it's waiting on your manager.
Check that you're on the right tab — Action Required, In Progress, or Completed under My Assessments (or Co-assessor if you're a peer assessor). Also confirm the campaign is active. If you have more than one role, make sure you've switched to the right one in the top bar.
Use the language selector in the top bar. The interface updates immediately. See Signing In and Signing Out.
Your self-assessment ratings inform the manager's final agreed values. The manager sees all ratings side by side. Co-assessors do not see the final agreed values or full results — those stay between you and your manager.
It means you have a task to complete. It appears on the role switcher and on the sidebar item that holds the task (My Assessments, Team Assessments, or Co-assessor). See Knowing When You Have a Task to Do.
A target value is the level expected for the job (the benchmark). An agreed value is the final level your manager records for you after reviewing all the ratings. See Understanding Target Values.
